Section 1

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ki333" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to ki333, the operator of ki333.co and all associated online gaming products and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register for a ki333 account.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile associated with a unique ki333.co login credential.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, payment features, promotions, and related digital services accessible via ki333.co.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted with funds held in your ki333 account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cashable promotional credits issued by ki333 subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ki333.co, registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the ki333 Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any Responsible Gaming policies as published on ki333.co.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ki333 platform. Continued use of ki333 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as published.

Section 3

Eligibility

To register and use ki333 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of ki333. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You are accessing ki333 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful and permitted for residents.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ki333, nor an immediate family member thereof.
• You are not self-excluded from ki333 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You are not accessing ki333 on behalf of any other person or entity.

Section 4

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ki333. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

ki333 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law to conduct identity verification on all registered accounts. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document — accepted documents include UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, and Passport. ki333 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its compliance obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ki333 will treat all activity conducted through your account as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ki333 support immediately at [email protected].

Section 5

Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Funds

ki333 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may change from time to time at ki333's discretion.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your ki333 wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. ki333 will not process withdrawals to payment instruments other than those previously used by the player for deposit purposes, unless ki333 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. ki333 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, which are indicative and not guaranteed.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

All financial activity on ki333 is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening in compliance with Republic Act 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. ki333 reserves the right to hold, delay, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be related to money laundering, fraud, or other prohibited financial activity. ki333 may be required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution in respect of a ki333 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. ki333 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any reversed funds through legal channels where appropriate.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ki333 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to their individual bonus terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and will be published alongside each offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the promotion terms. ki333 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if the conditions of the promotion are not satisfied.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

ki333 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawal of associated winnings from any account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating activity with other players to abuse promotional structures.

Section 7

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

Each game category on ki333 — including the live dealer casino, slot machines, online bingo, and sports betting — is subject to its own game rules as displayed within the respective game or betting interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game.

7.1 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting transaction, ki333 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. ki333's records shall be the authoritative source in resolving any disputes arising from technical issues. No winnings will be paid in respect of games that are determined to have been affected by a technical fault that influenced the outcome.

7.2 Bets Once Placed

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the ki333 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player, except where ki333 expressly provides a cash-out or early settlement feature for the relevant bet type.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ki333 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling ki333 to immediately suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any associated balance:

• Registering more than one ki333 account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or documentation.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access ki333 while self-excluded or while under a suspension imposed by ki333 or PAGCOR.
• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm, or mechanical device to interact with ki333's games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Using ki333 for any money laundering or other criminal purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
• Sharing your account or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Any other conduct that ki333 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

ki333 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraud or prohibited activity has occurred, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to player-initiated breach, ki333 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where ki333 closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Players who wish to close their own ki333 account voluntarily may do so by contacting ki333 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on ki333.co — including but not limited to the ki333 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of ki333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ki333.co for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ki333 content without express written permission from ki333.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki333's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount held in your ki333 account wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.

ki333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ki333 Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not ki333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ki333 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ki333 makes no warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game or service on the platform.

Section 12

Privacy & Data Protection

ki333 collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with the ki333 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and in compliance with Republic Act 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and its implementing rules as enforced by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering for a ki333 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. ki333 may be required to share player data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine government bodies in accordance with its regulatory obligations. Such disclosures will be made only as required by law.

Section 13

Responsible Gaming

ki333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which your session will automatically end.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and money wagered during your session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ki333 and all associated services. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period.

ki333 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling. ki333 may impose responsible gaming interventions on accounts exhibiting concerning patterns, including contacting the player and applying mandatory account restrictions.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of ki333 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through ki333's internal complaint resolution process. To submit a formal complaint, contact ki333 at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ki333 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a formal response within ten (10) business days.

Where a complaint relates to the gaming operations of ki333, players may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels, as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing ki333's operations.

Section 15

Amendments to These Terms

ki333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or platform features and policies.

When material changes are made to these Terms, ki333 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by means of a prominent notice on ki333.co. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of ki333 following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

ki333 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the rules and conditions that apply to their use of the platform.
